Crack The Whip!

Tambra Kemdall for Writers Gone Wild

I'm missed a few Monday's so I'd like to start off by apologizing.

I've got quite a bit of school work but I finish mid-may and then I can get back to writing.

I really hope when I get the chance to start writing again, my muses will be there with all those pent up ideas and story lines ready to go! I have a list of projects to finish before the year is up. Crack the whip!

Any suggestions on how I can organize myself to get this all done?

I thought about making a list and putting it beside my computer, checking items off as I go.

What do y'all think?

Hugs,
Tambra

I'm big on lists. Make sure you're giving yourself time to write now though. If you don't have an outlet, you'll get all backed up and getting started again will be like constipation, seriously.

Yeah, I know it's hard to write and do school at the same time. I was going to school full time, had a full time job, and had kids and a husband to take care of. It's tough and like a crazy person, I'm about to do it again.

So, don't stress yourself out, don't take on more than you can handle and make time for you.

And yeah, go with the lists. :)

Thanks, Saranna!

Since I'm an artist, I'm big on visuals. Like those graphs that show the word count progress on a novel.

I think I need something like that.

Seriously, this second case of arthritis has really kicked my behind. Glad I only have these three classes left for this AA in English.

Hugs to you as you start this madness again!

And YAY for you with only three classes to go. You'll get there.

I use dry erase boards in my office. It helps keep things organized and in front of me at all times.

Congratulations on your success, Tambra!

Post-its! Kitchen for shopping on computer for writing/ blogging, in the bathroom for cleaning. I ought to buy stock the way I go through them!

Thanks, Destiny! Great idea. Hadn't thought of using those.

Thanks for stopping by.

Jennifer,
Like you, I love my Post-its.

I'll probably have to buy more in the near future.
And yes, I already have some hanging from my monitor.

I'd definitely be lost without those little buggers.

Hugs,
Tambra

Lists! I love lists. Sometimes, I even manage to get through them. Congrats on getting your courses done, and good luck with getting back into the writing.
